what would take a passanger 15 min by train from bishan to dhoby gaut took fellow passenger Lim Xiao Pei close to double the time. and that meant that she took 30 min! and we thought that there would never be a jam if we took MRT. If the train was undergoing some trail or something. it should NOT be for use by passengers. whats more. they chose to do such a trial of stopping for a few minutes at each station, stopping in the middle of 2 stations for a few times during the peak period. if anyone asks me, i say its stupid and dumb. anyone can say i'm just a typical singaporean complaining. well i don't care. but do not forget the purpose of one taking a train.
1. its relatively faster and the timing given is accurate because there is no jam.
2. if the train operator decided to hold a test trial, they should AT LEAST inform the commuters. well, i was listening to my music player. but i know nothing is mentioned as people were asking each other 'what's going on' *mind you. they were total STRANGERS*
3. Ever occured that people who take the train/ any other public transport often cannot afford to be late?
4. because they delayed the time at many stations, people squeezed in and i got pushed to a corner. well, i can understand this. but no apologies were made. she just looked at me, and i STARED at her. still no apology. *certainly did not make my journey more pleasant.*
5. i could have been EARLIER to reach the destination than my friend. by AT LEAST 5 min. but no, i was late for 10 min instead.

i cannot imagine if someone was supposed to go for work, took that train and became late. got fired because of that. what an unreasonable reason to fire someone, one might say. but in the world out there, reasonable is something that might just be lost among the crowd.

no, i don't want to go on already.
